and specifications from Bossardt Corporation, ATTN: Victoria
VandeLinde, upon making a deposit in the form of a check in the amount
of $100.00 made payable to ISD #112. The full deposit will be returned to the
contractors who submit a bona fide bid and return the documents in good
condition within ten (10) days after receipt of bids. |

Bonding
Requirements: |
Each bidder submit a cashier’s check, certified check or a bid bond made payable without recourse to the owner in an amount equal to 5% of the maximum amount of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded a contract, will promptly execute the contract. Performance and labor and material payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder upon award of the contract for 100% of the contract amount. |
