Bonding Requirements: |
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount submitted. Bid security shall be payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner’s judgment to be in the Owner’s best interest. |
